  How to reservation and cancellation

   

  ＜Reservation＞

  Please select your desired date and time from the link above and make a reservation.

  After applying, an automatic reply email will be sent to the address you entered, so please check the content.

  It is not possible to change the date or flight after making a reservation. After cancellation, you will be rebooked.

   

  ＜How to make a reservation for an infant＞

  One infant under 3 years old is free for each accompanying adult,

  but please be sure to select the number of infants when making a reservation when boarding the ship.

  Child rates will apply for the second and subsequent children.

   

  ＜Request for email address registration＞

  After applying, an automatic reply email will be sent to the address you entered.

  If you are using spam email protection, please configure your settings so that you can receive emails from “@resv.jp” and “@zeal.ne.jp”.

   

  ＜How to change the number of people＞

  If you want to increase the number of people: Please make a new reservation for only the number of

  people you want to add, and enter the previous reservation number in the message

  field (e.g. “Reservation number XXXXX, 1 adult added”).
  In case of a reduction in the number of people: Please send an email (to cruise@zeal.ne.jp)

  with your reservation number, boarding date and time, reservation name, change in number of people,

  account number, etc. *(Only for those who have paid by bank transfer) .

  We will refund the amount minus the prescribed cancellation fee (in the case of a transfer, a separate transfer fee).

  ＜Payment＞

  Please choose your payment method from credit card payment or bank transfer (no online payment).

  If paying by bank transfer, please transfer the amount to the account specified in the automatic reply email within 3 days of making your reservation.

  *Transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
  Payment method cannot be changed after reservation. After cancellation, you will be rebooked.

  If you have made a recent reservation and made the transfer from 3 days before the boarding date to the day of boarding,

  please be sure to have the transfer statement and the payment completion screen on your smartphone

  (if using an internet transfer) ready when you arrive at the meeting point.

  If we are unable to confirm your payment, you may be asked to pay again at the same-day sales price. Please note.

  From this year, if payment cannot be confirmed within 3 days,

  the system will automatically cancel your order.

  Please note. To avoid forgetting to make a payment, we recommend paying by credit card.

   

  ＜How to cancel＞

  If you are a registered member, please cancel from the URL provided in the automatic reply email or from My Page.

  ・If paying by credit card, the amount minus the cancellation fee will be refunded via credit card.

  ・In the case of bank transfer, the amount minus the cancellation fee and transfer fee will be refunded via bank transfer.

  Please enter your refund account information* in the cancellation reason field, or contact cruise@zeal.ne.jp

  with your boarding date, name, and account information* later.

  ＜Cancellation fee＞

  If you cancel your reservation after it has been made, the following cancellation fee will be charged.

  ・Cancellation fee up to 31 days before the reservation date: Free

   

  ・30 days ago – 8 days ago…20%
  ・7 days ago – 3 days ago…30%
  ・2 days ago – the day before…50%
  ・On the day of departure…100%

   

  Same day sale

  Tickets will be sold on the day only if there is space available. Please call us or ask our staff at the pier.
