・About 1 week to 10 days after Somei Yoshino blooms: Double-flowered cherry blossoms in Osaki and Gotanda. Especially in Gotanda, various double cherry blossoms are in full bloom.

1. About changes
・Cruise day and time change
You cannot change your cruising day and time after making a reservation. In case of change, please cancel the reservation once.
"Please make a reservation and pay for your desired flight again."
"If you enter the cancellation period, you will be charged a prescribed cancellation fee."

2. How to cancel

■Regarding cancellation policy (cancellation fee)■
Cancellation date *Cancellations are only accepted during business hours（JST）. Contact outside business hours will be canceled on the next business day（JST）.
・From the reservation date to 31 days before　Free
· 30 days to 8 days before: 20% of the cruise price
· 7 days to 3 days before: 30% of the cruise price
· From the 2nd day to the day before　50% of the cruise price
・On the day of departure　100% of the cruise price

3. Notification of flight cancellation (cancellation)
In addition, if the cruise is cancelled due to the forecast of strong winds or heavy rain, we will make a decision between the evening of the previous day and around 7pm(JST).
We will contact you via the email address you provided at the time of application or by phone.
If you have spam mail settings, please set it so that you can receive mail from @zeal.ne.jp.
If we decide to cancel the cruise due to strong winds or heavy rain forecast, we will refund the full boarding fee.

Four. Pets and large luggage are not allowed on board.
Please refrain from loud conversations that may disturb other customers and neighbors.

Please refrain from using a tripod as it will block the view of other guests. In addition, we ask for the consent of the captain and guide staff in advance for filming by our staff and recording of the guide.

4. Please come to the pier 10 minutes before the departure time on the day.
There is no waiting area even if you come early. So thank you for your understanding.
In addition, there are few toilets close to Pia and on boat, but congestion is expected. We recommend that you use the restroom at a station or public facility before coming to the Pia.

5. The ship will depart on time. The boat will depart even if there are no customers with reservations, so please be careful not to miss the boat.
